HOW I APPROACH MARKETING

Fix the right problem before spending more money.

Most struggling marketing systems do not have one dramatic failure. They have several smaller problems working together: unclear messaging, weak local visibility, poor tracking, missed calls, slow follow-up, or advertising that sends people to the wrong place.

That is why I do not begin by prescribing another campaign, a complete rebrand, or whatever shiny tactic happens to be making the rounds this week. I start by looking at the entire path from search to sale and identifying where opportunities are being lost.

Once the real problem is clear, we can fix what matters first. Sometimes that means rebuilding a website. Sometimes it means improving local SEO, correcting an advertising campaign, or simply responding to leads before they have time to hire someone else.

More traffic is not automatically the answer. Sometimes the bucket is already full of holes.

EXPERIENCE BUILT BY DOING THE WORK

I learned marketing by building, fixing, measuring, and occasionally breaking things.

My experience comes from working directly with local businesses and handling the parts of marketing that have to function outside a strategy document. I have built websites, managed campaigns, corrected tracking, improved local visibility, and helped businesses create a clearer path from someone finding them to becoming a customer.

01

WEBSITES AND CONVERSION

Building a clearer path from visit to lead

I build and improve service-business websites around clear messaging, useful proof, focused service information, and obvious next steps. The goal is not simply to make a site look better. It is to help qualified visitors understand the business and confidently make contact.

02

VISIBILITY AND ADVERTISING

Connecting search visibility with actual business goals

My work includes local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, content planning, and Google Ads. I look beyond clicks and rankings to whether the right people are finding the business, reaching the correct page, and taking an action that can become revenue.

03

TRACKING AND LEAD HANDLING

Finding what happens after the click

Traffic is not very useful when nobody knows where it came from or what happened next. I help businesses improve conversion tracking, lead notifications, CRM organization, and follow-up processes so opportunities do not disappear between the website and the sale.

WHY SERVICE BUSINESSES

Good businesses should not lose work because their marketing makes them look invisible.

I primarily work with local service businesses because the connection between the work and the customer is real. These are businesses repairing homes, cleaning properties, solving problems, employing people, and building their reputations one customer at a time.

Many of them are genuinely good at what they do. Their marketing simply does not communicate it. They may have an outdated website, inconsistent local visibility, confusing offers, poor tracking, or a follow-up process held together by missed calls and good intentions.

I like helping fix that gap. The goal is not to make a local company look like a giant national brand. It is to help the right customers find it, understand why they should trust it, and take the next step without getting lost along the way.

The business does not need more marketing theater. It needs a system that helps good work get found and chosen.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Clear thinking, honest answers, and work tied to an actual purpose.

I do not believe clients should need a marketing dictionary to understand what they are paying for. My job is to make the problem clear, recommend the right next move, and explain how the work connects to the result.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

I will tell you what I actually think.

If something is broken, I will explain why. If it can wait, I will say that too. You will not get a larger recommendation simply because a larger invoice would be convenient.

CLEAR PRIORITIES

We fix things in the order they matter.

Not every marketing problem deserves equal attention. I help separate urgent issues from distractions so time and money go toward the improvements most likely to make a meaningful difference.

PRACTICAL EXECUTION

The work has to function in the real world.

A strategy is only useful when someone can carry it out. Recommendations should fit the business, its customers, its budget, and its ability to manage the leads the marketing produces.

READY FOR A STRAIGHT ANSWER?

Tell me what is not working. We’ll figure out what actually needs fixed.

If your website, local visibility, advertising, tracking, or follow-up system is creating more confusion than results, tell me what is happening. I’ll help you identify the real problem and the most practical next step.

No pressure. No generic pitch. Just an honest conversation about what makes sense.
